For Autumn/Winter 2017, Saint John designer Greg Myler mixed a ladylike aesthetic with today’s more casual vibe.
There was head-to-toe knitwear, ribbed cashmere flares, wool joggers with matching sweaters, tweed fringe-trim jackets with dropped shoulders and an unstructured silhouette, pretty blouses, romantic printed skirts, full length evening gowns, short cocktail dresses, unstructured double-face cashmere coats and one coat reversed from dove gray to ballet pink.
The most beautiful looks were the short oyster grey dress with ostrich feather tufts and the long, silken Hollywood-esque evening gown that was also covered in tufts of ostrich feathers.
The color palatte of the clothes were pink, grey, black, turqoise, red, pale yellow, gold, silver, royal blue, magenta, forest green, purple, navy blue and cream.
This collection had the perfect looks for ladies who lunch, who wish to look fabulous but still be comfortable at the same time. It was a great effort by Greg Myler. Simply stunning!
