Emporio Armani had a lot of great looks this season.
Most of the clothes were grey, but red and fuchsia also made appearances mid-show. Yet it started with the feeling for black and white, which is pure Armani. But there were also splashes of blue, purple and red to really shake things up.
Giorgio showed sneakers and flats and offered synthetics alongside velvet and riffs on menswear checks. A clear plastic tailored blazer or a laminated herringbone pantsuit were two examples of this. These will be guaranteed to be photographed for all of the best fashion and style magazines.
Emporio Armani’s collection had a lot of great everyday clothes, as well. Giorgio defintely delivered with a huge spectrum of outerwear, from tailored maxi coats to short spencer jackets to furry chubbies to elegant and slightly edgy leather trouser suits.
The finale of this stupendous Emporio outing consisted of crystal-fringed evening columns and glittery coats. Look 104 proved to be a great way to wrap up the show: a chic black velvet tuxedo jacket and white shirt worn with fluid man-cut pants, which was both easy and androgynous to wear. Perfect for business casual days at work!
All in all, a great collection filled with many great business casual seperates that can be mixed and matched with many items already in your closet and that can be worn again and again!
